Please read these terms carefully before using FaceTravel. They govern your access to and use of our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

FaceTravel is operated by BEPART LTD (company no. 16616236), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using FaceTravel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

FaceTravel is a social platform that helps travelers create and join trips and experiences, chat in groups, share posts, and join city communities. The service is provided “as is”. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use FaceTravel. We collect date of birth at onboarding and block under-18 accounts. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Zero-tolerance for abuse & UGC

FaceTravel has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content, sexual exploitation, harassment, hate, threats, scams, spam, and any content that endangers minors or others. We provide in-app tools to block and report users, trips, experiences, posts, comments, messages, and reviews. We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these standards, with or without prior notice. Repeat or severe abuse will result in ban. Lawful requests from authorities may be complied with.

5. Reporting and how quickly we respond

Every profile, trip, experience, post, comment, message and review can be reported from the screen it appears on. Reports reach our moderation team directly.

We aim to review every report within 24 hours of receiving it, and faster where someone's safety looks to be at risk. Reviewing a report does not always mean acting on it — we may remove the content, restrict an account's features, ban the account, or decide no rule was broken. If you disagree with a decision, you can appeal by writing to support@joinfacetravel.com.

6. User conduct

You agree not to: harass, threaten, or harm others; post illegal, offensive, or misleading content; impersonate anyone; scrape or harvest user data; spam or scam; or disrupt the service. Meetups and travel arrangements are solely between users — FaceTravel is not a party to offline interactions.

7. Prices & payments

Any price labels on trips or experiences (e.g. “$1,200”, “Free”) are display-only estimates entered by hosts. FaceTravel does not process payments, bookings, or refunds. Money, if any, is arranged off-platform between users.

8. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant FaceTravel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service. You must have rights to anything you upload.

9. Account deletion

You may delete your account in-app at any time: Settings → Delete account. That runs immediately. It deletes your account, your profile and the content that is only yours, such as posts, comments and photos. Trips and experiences you hosted, their group chats, your messages and the reviews you wrote are kept for the other people in them, anonymised and shown as “Deleted user”. Upcoming trips and experiences you host are cancelled and their members are notified. You can also request deletion through the form on our website, which we action once we have verified you own the email address. Either way, a small number of safety and moderation records are kept — the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what goes and what stays.

10. Privacy

Your use of FaceTravel is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

11. Disclaimers

FaceTravel is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for third-party content or offline interactions between users.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaceTravel and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including personal injury, data loss, or financial loss.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of London, United Kingdom, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
